Exchange & Return Policy

1. Overview

At FabricHub, we strive to ensure every transaction meets your expectations. This policy outlines the conditions under which exchanges and returns are accepted on our platform.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The fabric received is significantly different from the listing description or sample.
  • The fabric has a manufacturing defect or quality issue.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-cut or made-to-order fabrics.
  • Fabrics that have been washed, altered, or used.
  • Sample swatches.
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale.

4. Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  1. Log in to your Buyer Dashboard and navigate to your order.
  2. Select "Request Exchange/Return" and provide a reason with supporting photos.
  3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
  4. If approved, you will receive return shipping instructions.

5. Refunds

Once the returned fabric is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with the resolution, you may escalate the dispute through our platform. FabricHub's decision in disputes will be final.
