By accessing or using FabricHub ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Use of the Platform
FabricHub is a B2B fabric marketplace connecting buyers, suppliers, designers, and factories. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree not to misrepresent your identity or business.
3. Listings and Transactions
Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of their fabric listings, pricing, and availability. FabricHub acts as a marketplace facilitator and is not a party to transactions between buyers and suppliers.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on FabricHub, including logos, designs, and software, is the property of FabricHub or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
FabricHub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Surat, Gujarat.
